We want you to be fully satisfied with your Secretlab experience; if your chair or desk isn't the perfect fit, you can initiate a return within 49 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original packaging and in like-new condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our support team through the official Help Center or contact form to receive a Return Authorization and the necessary shipping instructions.

  Disassemble and Pack

  Carefully disassemble your product and pack it securely back into its original Secretlab packaging to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided return label or arrange for a courier to pick up the package from your location as directed by our support specialists.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse team inspects the returned item for quality assurance, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 7-14 business days.
